We are looking for a QC specialist who will be responsible for quality control of customer support by listening and analyzing dialogues with customers.
Main responsibilities:
• Listening and analyzing dialogues between operators and customers
• Assessing the quality of service according to internal standards
• Checking compliance with scripts, procedures and tone of voice
• Identifying errors and areas for improvement in work support
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to the team
• Work with requests in Polish
Candidate requirements:
• Knowledge of Polish ( basic level )
• Experience in customer support, QC will be an advantage, we will also consider candidates without work experience.
• Understanding of spoken language
• Attention to detail and objectivity in assessment
• Ability to work with reports and quality indicators
