Customer Support Manager (remote)
The company is looking for a Customer Support Manager for full-time remote work.
The position will suit candidates with experience in customer service, as well as those who want to start a career in this field - experience is not necessary, we all teach.
Responsibilities:
Communication with clients (chat, messengers, e-mail)
Consulting clients on company services and processes
Processing incoming requests and appeals
Customer support and support at all stages of interaction
Transferring requests responsible specialists
Maintenance of the client base and basic reporting
Requirements:
Customer orientation and desire to help
Communication, courtesy, stress resistance
Willingness to learn and develop
Basic PC skills and online tools
