• Evaluation of communications carried out by operators (chats, calls, e-mails);
• Writing and editing articles in the knowledge base;" : normal; text-decoration: none">Monitoring the quality of service in online chat;
• Providing feedback and conducting individual training of operators regarding detected errors.

Requirements:

• High level of knowledge of Turkish (B2+) and Ukrainian languages;
• Sensitivity, desire to help others;
• Attention to details, stress resistance, responsibility;
• Experience in a call center, in the field of quality assessment or personnel training is desirable.
