Requirements:

• Higher education
• Understanding business processes of trading enterprises< /li>
• Experience in solving user requests
• Writing user instructions
• Experience working on consultation lines
• Knowledge of specialized programs: 1C Enterprise, BAS UT, Jira , Excel

• High efficiency, ability to work for team results

Functional:< /strong>

• Consulting and training users of information systems (BAS, MeDoc, BPM, etc.)
• Help in identifying errors in IS and their correction
• Writing and making changes in current instructions for working with IS
• Administration of system users (entry into the database, provision of access rights)
• Processing of tasks from users
• Identification and processing of site bugs, client mobile applications, BAS
• Determining the priority and criticality of bugs
