QA Tester (Junior / Trainee, we will consider candidates without experience) in Bow And Beautiful LLC

We are Glamiris. An international team building an AI-powered CRM system for beauty salons. We have a mobile app, a desktop version, and an AI voice agent that takes calls instead of an admin.

We are currently looking for QA to help us make the product stable and user-friendly. It is important for us not just to "test the buttons", but to live the day of the salon together with the system and check whether everything works as it does in real life.

The format is completely remote.
The schedule is flexible.

What you will do:

• Manually test the mobile and desktop versions

• Play a full day of the salon: recording customers, transfers, checkout, deposits, policies, roles

• Test new features before release

• Use existing test cases + test freestyle

• Shortly and clearly fix bugs (we work quickly, without excessive bureaucracy)

• Analyze the product from the point of view of usability

• Cooperate with developers and as a product manager

• Participate in AI voice agent testing

We are looking for a person who:

• Has a basic understanding of QA or has completed courses

• Or is ready to learn quickly

• Able to think logically and systematically

• Likes to understand "why something broke"

• Ready to dive deep into the beauty salon business

• Speaks English (we communicate with an international team)

Experience in the beauty industry is a big plus.
But even more important is the desire to understand it.
