Expectations from candidates:
Confidence in using a PC, basic understanding of web services.
Experience in the field of monitoring or technical support from 1 year will be an advantage.
Readiness to work with a large volume of the same type information.
Attention to details and analytical thinking.
Resistance to stress and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
Responsibility and discipline.
Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
Will advantage:
Understanding the principles of operation of payment systems.
Skills in working with Grafana, Elasticsearch.
Experience of interaction with banks or financial institutions.
