Our comprehensive approach serves clients from a variety of industries as a result of our ability to consistently, and quickly deliver cutting-edge and cost-conscious software solutions.Leadership and Strategy:Provide leadership in the development and execution of QA strategies for Platform Engineering services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with overall project goals and milestones.Test Planning and Execution:Oversee the creation of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Platform Engineering services.Direct the execution of test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of functional, performance, and security testing.Automation Strategy:Define and implement an automation strategy for Platform Engineering QA.Evaluate and adopt appropriate automation tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate effectively with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure QA processes are seamlessly integrated into the software development lifecycle.Communicate QA progress, challenges, and results to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Continuous Improvement:Implement and champion best practices in QA processes and methodologies, driving continuous improvement within the QA team.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies to enhance QA capabilities.Issue Resolution and Escalation:Lead the investigation and resolution of critical issues, working closely with the development team.Escalate issues as needed, providing clear and well-documented information to facilitate swift resolution."Skills: 5+ years of Professional Software QA Engineering experience- Extensive experience in a Data QA role.- Strong SQL knowledge and experience.- Excellent troubleshooting skills.- Experience with web services and API testing.- Experience with database testing.- Experience in QA Automation.- Skilled in the design and development of test documentation.Equal Opportunity StatementBigRio is an equal opportunity employer.
