If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.We are seeking a highly skilled QA Technical Lead to join our team.ResponsibilitiesWorks with the QA manager and helps him meet goals for product qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, and business stakeholders) to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Define and monitor testing procedures and practices: test management, defect management, and tracking management in your Domain Constantly participate in incident management during a live crisis and on a regular cadence Review and present different types of QA deliverables including reportsStay up-to-date with industry trends, evaluate new testing tools and methodologies, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes Define and implement a test strategy, including selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and best practicesProvide insights about production quality and prepare improvement plans to improve quality for low-quality areas Be an influencer to a matrix-managed team’s members and managers, providing the highest quality standards and approaches Assist in the implementation of Quality metrics and achieving studio KPIs Participate in the interviews for newcomers, guide the onboarding process Define the entry and exit criteria for new content development Support QA manager to transform manual testing to automation Participate in performance review process Conducting technical 1-1 meetings Work with risks inside teams  Requirements4+ years of QA experience in the industry 3+ years of automated testing experienceKnowledge of any programming language (Java or TS is an advantage)Hands-on experience with testing tools, manual and automation “Out of the box” thinking Successful case studies in “reversing testing pyramid” Applied Experience in testing strategy transformation to reduce time to market Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and delivery pipelines Hands-on experience in buildingtest automation frameworks for Module testing, API, Mobile, and Web Deep domain expertise in testing methodologies, technology, and processes Metrics and data-driven mindset with an ability to define and manage test KPIs Excellent verbal and written skills with the power to persuade and drive continuous improvement while maintaining/building strong partner relationships Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Energetic, positive attitude and relentless self-motivation English upper intermediate level Nice To Have1+ years experience with managing a QA function in the organization exp working with microservices architecture, module architecture etc. Nice-to-have experience in working with people in different locations/culture Nice-to-have experience of being matrix-manager We Offer All Our EmployeesCompetitive salary, performance-based bonuses and flexible working hoursSocial package, including sports and enrichment classes compensation, medical insurance with dental coverageOwn educational platform with courses, training programs, certificationsAnnual salary review20 working days paid vacation and sick leaveCorporate celebrations, team buildings and fun activitiesFree meals twice a day, refreshmentsTechnical library with option to order booksCoaching and reviews to support your career developmentInternal mobility programHelp and support for candidates from other citiesWorking for one of the top social gaming companies in the worldWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
