MAIN TASKS

• Crisis psychological counseling and diagnosis of emotional state
• Work to restore psychological state clients
• Planning and development of programs to correct the psychological state of clients taking into account their individual, gender, age and national characteristics
• conducting individual and group counseling,
• conducting events, aimed at improving the psychological state of the beneficiaries
• evaluation of the effectiveness of psychological measures carried out
• collection, processing, analysis of the results obtained during the performance of duties according to the established methodology, observing the rules of confidentiality
• participation in work meetings, meetings on organizational issues, issues related to the implementation of project tasks, strengthening professional skills
• conducting measures to prevent professional burnout

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in the field of psychology
• Experience in the field - at least 5 years
• Possession of knowledge and methods necessary to work with persons in a crisis situation
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages. Proficiency in English will be an advantage
• Skills and experience working with modern computer and peripheral equipment
• Punctuality
• Initiative and creativity
• Ability work in a team
