What to do:

• search for open vacancies;
• conduct initial evaluation of resumes and telephone interviews with candidates;
• plan and schedule interviews;
• monitor the labor market, work with the resume database;
• li>assistance in HR registration and onboarding processes;
• work in the CRM system;
• ability to communicate with different categories of people (from line personnel to CEO);
• reporting on the recruitment process.

What it takes :

• ability to learn quickly;
• possession of sourcing methods and specialized tools; li>
• good communication skills, focus, multitasking.
