MOBILE TEAM PSYCHOLOGIST

CHARITY ORGANIZATION "CHARITY FOUNDATION "DEPOL UKRAINE" has been working since 2007, providing services to marginalized population groups through a number of programs. In connection with the invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, the FOUND expanded the amount of assistance for those who suffered from the war, lost their homes, were left without means of livelihood, for people who acquired the status of IDPs and were forced to move to safer cities of our country.

In 2023, we supported more than 100,000 people, providing services in the protection, shelter, cash, food and livelihood sectors. Our programs range from multipurpose centers of assistance in big cities to specialized psychological support groups for children and adults working in rural areas; from housing projects for highly vulnerable people to emergency response programs that deliver critical aid to frontline communities. Our organization specializes in supporting homeless people, and in all our programs the priority is to provide help and services to hard-to-reach communities and people that other organizations cannot or do not want to help. DEPOL UKRAINE is a member of the international Depaul Group, which unites charitable organizations for homeless people.

The FOUNDATION also protects children, vulnerable adults and any other persons from any damage caused directly or indirectly as a result of their contact with "DEPOL UKRAINE".

We believe that can make a positive difference in the lives of those in need. Our team is energetic specialists who are full of empathy and care for those who need help.

Geography of projects: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Snyatyn, Mykolaiv, Bashtanka, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson.

  • War victim adaptation project, social support.
  • Employment assistance.
  • Children's centers.
  • Mobile children's teams.
  • Mobile team of psychologists.
  • Psychological support center.
  • Help for people who deprived of liberty.
  • Providing free shelter to people who have nowhere to live.
  • Providing social, psychological, legal assistance.

Duties of a PSYCHOLOGIST:< /p>

  • Crisis psychological counseling and diagnosis of the emotional state of IDPs and the population affected by military actions (children and adults, families), and work with families who have lost a family member;< /li>
  • Work to restore the psychological state of clients, as well as work with clients who have addictions;
  • Planning and developmentprograms for the correction of the psychological state of clients, taking into account their individual, gender, age and national characteristics;
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the psychological measures being carried out;
  • Processing and analysis of the received information in the form of a mandatory filling out a psychological assessment form; timely reporting.
  • Working with personal requests of clients and the opportunity to make a professional contribution to the development of the field of internally displaced persons and victimized population groups
  • Adherence to a zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, violence and harassment ( SEAH) and is committed to working in accordance with the Vincentian values ​​of DEPOL UKRAINE, the Code of Conduct for Employees and Volunteers, the Policy and Procedures for Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults ("Safeguarding Policy") and promotes our values ​​and mission.
  • < li>Subordination: to the project manager and/or branch manager.
  • Obligation to work in accordance with Vincentian values ​​and the Code of Conduct of Depol Ukraine.
  • Willingness to travel on the territory of the Kharkiv region, only to safe places (recommendation of the security service).
  • Travels take place within working hours 3 times a week

Expectations from the candidate:

  • Higher education in the field of psychology;
  • Experience in the profession - at least 3 years;
  • Possession of knowledge and methods necessary for working with individuals , who found themselves in a crisis situation, working with families, and preferably experience working with clients who have addiction;
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.•
  • Excellent communication skills, punctuality , initiative and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a team.

WE OFFER:

Official employment, work under a fixed-term employment contract until 01/31/2025, with a possible extension of the fixed-term contract.

Trial period 2 months.

Working schedule: 8-hour working day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, part-time can be set. Weekends: Saturday, Sunday.

The workplace is geographically located at the address:15 Kostelna Street, Kharkiv

Annual leave of 24 calendar days, if benefits are available, additional leave is granted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

The monthly salary is 24,000 UAH per hand for full-time work, in case of part-time employmentdaily salary is calculated in proportion to the time worked.
