The facilitator has the knowledge and practical skills to conduct targeted psychosocial support activities for women who are at high risk of vulnerability. Targeted psychosocial support measures will be implemented in accordance with individual organizational and interdepartmental methodological recommendations. A mandatory component is practical knowledge and skills in working with victims of gender-based violence. 

The goal of this position is to increase the resilience of women and girls from the most vulnerable groups through psychosocial support activities.

The facilitator implements activities in such a way that they have a significant positive impact on women and girls.

Tasks and main responsibilities:

- Provides continuous psychosocial support by conducting regular group and individual support sessions to beneficiaries. Establishes relationships built on trust and adherence to confidentiality protocols;

- Supports capacity building trainings on psychosocial support and other safety measures for community volunteers;

- Coordinates work with community mobilizer for ensuring quality and timely distribution of non-financial assistance to beneficiaries;

- Collaborates with referral protection programs to meet various needs affected population;

- Strengthens existing psychosocial support and self-help groups at the community level where they exist and helps to develop them where they do not, and helps to develop them where they do not yet exist. 

relevant work experience in the field of psychology, social work, counseling, etc.

- At least 1 year of relevant work experience with NGOs, NGOs and/or local authorities.

- Experience working with victims of gender-based violence. 

Personal requirements*.

- Basic level of computer literacy

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- Ability to work both independently and in a team;

- Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages, English will be an advantage.
