Your role:
Development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy (Meta, Google) in order to attract, retain and increasing the loyalty of the Forbes Ukraine audience, as well as to support sales of digital products, increase conversions and strengthen the brand's position in the market
How you can influence for the development of the company:
- Plan and launch regular advertising campaigns, including information, promotions, product updates and other special projects.
- Create and adapt texts and visual content for advertising in Meta Ads and Google Ads, in accordance with the tone of voice of Forbes Ukraine.
- Measure and analyze key indicators of advertising campaigns (CTR, CPA, CPL, CPC, etc.) for the purpose of optimization.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- A/B testing advertising campaigns, audiences and funnels to improve their performance.
- Monitor and implement best practices, in particular to reduce the cost of conversion and profitability.
- Create and implement strategies to attract a new target audience, work with the existing remarketing base.
What you need to know\know to achieve results:
Be able to work with Google Ads< /strong>:
- Creation and optimization of search, media, video and Shopping campaigns.
- Setting up Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking conversions.
- Using Google Analytics 4 to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Ability to work with Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, Google Data Studio.
Be able to work with Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager):
- Setting up and launching advertising campaigns (Traffic, Conversion, Lead Generation, Remarketing).
- Campaign optimization by KPI: CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS.
- Setting up Facebook Pixel and working with events (Event Manager).
- Audiences: creating Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences.
Be able to work with analytics and reporting:
- Analysis of campaign results (identification of weaknesses and strengths).
- Building reports in Google Sheets or Data Studio.
- Knowledge of basic marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, ROAS.
Able to work with creatives :
- The ability to analyze the effectiveness of creatives and interact with designers.
- Testing various advertising formats (pictures, videos, carousels).
