The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Future responsibilities:

  • Selection , coordination and motivation of sales team members to achieve common goals
  • Budgeting, sales planning, evaluation of deal profitability
  • Management of receivables and payables
  • Participation in the implementation of strategies development of sales in the domestic market
  • Conducting technical consultations for potential customers and product presentations
  • Negotiating and concluding agreements with customers (military segment)
  • Assessment of customer and competitor needs, monitoring of market changes
  • Collaboration with developers, production, marketing and technical teams

 Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in sales of complex technological products, preferably in the defense or aviation sector
  • Ability to effectively manage a team, motivate employees and achieve set goals
  • Technical knowledge in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, understanding their capabilities and applications, will be an advantage
  • Ability to negotiate at a high level, represent the company to clients and partners, adapt to different audiences
  • Understanding the UAV market, trends in the defense sector, as well as analyzing the competitive environment
  • Ability to quickly respond to changes in market conditions or customer requirements

 Working conditions:

  • Vacation — 24 calendar days per year + 1 day off for birthday
