"Shiroky Format" (AK GROUP LTD) is a company with many years of successful experience in the market of advertising products and its own production.

The main areas of our activity are the production of printed and branding souvenirs products.

We are constantly developing, so we invite an organized and active specialist - product sales manager to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming requests (incoming calls, requests from the site form, Email requests)
• Establishing contacts and building long-term relationships with clients, finding new ones;
• Advising clients with ordering issues and ordering work;
• Coordination and control of the order fulfillment process with other departments;
• Conclusion of contracts and order management;
• Maintenance of the client base and support up-to-date information.
• Preparation of reports on work performed.

 What is required of you:

• Experience work in the field of printing and souvenirs (sales or production) will be an advantage.
• Experience in MS Office, Corel, Photoshop and other graphic editors (will be a plus)
• Self-confidence, punctuality, initiative, desire to work in a team.
• Ability to convince, purposefulness, communication, responsibility, attention to details, tidiness, ability to learn new things.
• Lack of experience is not an obstacle, the main thing is desire learn and develop.
