Administrator of the online store in Svyatoopt

Join our team of talented and motivated professionals who have been helping to create the most magical holidays for over 10 years! We are looking for an online store administrator who wants to take part in creating a unique atmosphere for our customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring of products on the site and updating them to provide up-to-date information.
• Effective work with pages in social networks (Viber, Telegram, Instagram).
• Work with the personal office of Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Delivery.
• Ensuring control over the delivery of goods and effective communication with warehouse units.

 Requirements:

• Proficient PC and Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel. Willingness to learn and grow in the field of e-commerce. Responsibility, organization and the ability to quickly respond to changes. >Excellent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Knowledge of basic Photoshop skills will be an advantage, but not mandatory. We will teach you everything ;)

• Convenient working schedulefrom Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 5:00 p.m., and also Saturday (every other) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
