Responsibilities:

  • Formation and constant updating the company's portfolio of initiatives.
  • Compliance with the process of passing the initiative in the company in accordance with the approved project start-up process.
  • Organizing the work of the team, conducting due diligence, drawing up a task for the architect, analyzing options for the most appropriate landings objects, taking into account the limitations of the land plot, finding the most optimal solutions for the development of the project.
  • Drafting the minutes of meetings at the start of projects, informing about the tasks of project participants, monitoring the execution of tasks.
  • Coordinating internal and external participants of the project start-up group involved in the implementation of the project start-up tasks.
  • Checking the completion of the task by a member of the project start-up group and archiving information on it.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of the start-up process projects.
  • Preparation and analysis of the necessary information on project starts in internal reports for display in Power BI.
  • Development and updating of the project start budget.
  • Development and updating project start schedules.
  • Preparation of reports on startsof company projects for management.
  • If a decision is made, transfer the project to the project manager.
