Project manager in Vdoskonal sebe, GO

GS "Improve yourself" is a public organization that supports small businesses. We are currently implementing the project "School of Small and Medium Business Support", and are also actively applying for various international competitions and grants.

We are looking for a person for the position of project manager manager who will be able to strengthen our executive team for the organization and implementation of NGO projects and events.

This job involves full-time employment in the city of Zhytomyr

What do we expect from you?

• Project management from the planning stage to implementation and reporting;
• Control of compliance with deadlines, budget and quality of work;
• Communication with partners, speakers, contractors;
• Organization of offline/online meetings, conferences, trainings, forums;
• Timely informing management about the state of affairs and challenges;
• Preparation and processing of documentation, correspondence, protocols;
• Assistance in the preparation of presentations, analytical materials and other documents;
• Offering ideas for the development of projects;
• Establishing and maintaining communication with NGO members, partners, donors and contractors;

• Copywriting of information materials (from social media posts, announcements, releases to statements, messages, press materials) in cooperation with the marketing team;
• Coordination and cooperation with the executive director, marketing team, etc. .

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a project manager from the 1st year;
• Experience in writing project applications will be an advantage;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;

• Confident user of PC and office programs;
• Initiative, responsibility, stress resistance;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
• Prioritization and risk management;
