This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, work with C-level management and grow the finance function at an industry-changing company. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing, updating and controlling the budget of the operational direction (OPEX and CAPEX). 

  • Financial analysis of indicators: plan-fact, deviations, optimization zones. 

  • Expense control and compliance of budget transactions. 

  • Working with cash flows: cash transactions, monitoring the flow of funds. 

  • Formation of monthly/quarterly reporting for C-level (P&L, Cash Flow, Forecast, CAPEX/OPEX). 

  • Building forecasts based on historical data and future projects. 

  • Participation in determining KPIs and analyzing the effectiveness of direct programs. 

  • Collaboration with HR, Procurement, Finance, Operations to align plans. 

  • Organization of the entire cycle of financial planning: calendar, deadlines, data quality control. 

  • Development of analytical dashboards (Google Sheets, Power BI, Excel, ERP/CRM). 

 

  • Knowledge of budgeting, planning, P&L, Cash Flow. 

  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel. 

  • Ability to work with large data sets and build financial models. 

  • Understanding corporate finance and project economics. 

  • High organization and attention to detail. 

  • English at a level sufficient for reporting and communicating with management. 

  • Will be a plus:

    • Experience in large companies or multi-level structures. 

    • Knowledge of Jira / Asana / Monday / ClickUp. 

    • Experience in forecasting ROI and payback of projects.
