About the role
We are looking for a Project Marketing Manager - the owner of the audience and the result.
This is a role at the interface of product, marketing and project management.
You are responsible for your turnkey segment: from understanding customer needs to lead generation and contributing to commercial results.
Key responsibility:
- Achieving KPIs on reach and MQL.
- Contribute to SQL and sales with commercial team.
- Scale brand presence in its segment.
What needs to be done:
- Project management.
- Lead marketing projects from idea to result.
- Plan budgets, resources, deadlines.
- Manage risks and be responsible for the final result.
Working with the audience:
- Deeply understand B2B segments (lawyers, finance, compliance, IT, public sector).
- Form portraits of CA (JTBD, pain points, triggers).
- To be the "voice of the client" within the company.
Product and Positioning:
- Translate functionality into business value.
- Formulate messages and arguments.
- Analyze competitors and build differentiation.
Marketingplan:
- Form a marketing plan by segment.
- Work with performance, content, email, PR, events.
- Prepare materials (texts, presentations, demos) with active use of AI.
- Provide sales toolkit for the sales team.
Interaction with the product:
- Communicate insights and feedback.
- Participate in GTM and new feature launches.
