About us
GO "Feel" is a public organization that systematically works in the field of rehabilitation, hearing aids and protection of the rights of people with hearing impairments.
A separate and important direction our work is to support military and veterans, in particular hearing prostheses and providing hearing protection.
We cooperate with state institutions, the professional community and international partners so that real solutions become part of systemic changes.

Who we are looking for
A specialist with experience working with military and veterans who:
– has an organizational mindset and knows how to manage projects;
– ready/willing to represent the organization in professional environments;
– understands the value of dignified, sensitive and ethical interaction with the military.

The position involves managing several key veteran projects.

Area of responsibility
Working with the military and veterans:
– coordination of hearing prosthesis projects;
– organization of provision of sound filters and hearing protection devices;
– interaction with military, veterans and their families;
– coordination of work with specialists, partners and contractors.

Project management:
– full cycle of veteran project management;
– planning, implementation and monitoring;
– project documentation and reporting within projects.

Representation and professional interaction:
– representation of the organization in professional and to the expert community;
– participation in meetings, events, working discussions;
– development of partnerships in the veteran environment.

Requirements
– it is desirable to have experience working with veterans and/or military;
– understanding of the ethical principles of interaction with veterans;
– basic communication skills in sensitive contexts;
– project management experience will be an advantage;
– fluency in Ukrainian in language;
– English is a nice bonus, not mandatory.

Veteran status will be an advantage.

Job format
– full-time;
– work exclusively from the office (Kyiv, VDNG).
