We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst.
Dressly is an AI application (web + mobile) that combines artificial intelligence and fashion expertise to create personalized style and shopping recommendations. We aim to make Dressly the leading personal style AI tool in the world.

Joining us means:
– Scaling the marketing analytics and attribution system that will become the basis for all marketing decisions.
– Set up a full cycle of channel and campaign performance analysis and provide transparent, accurate reporting.
– Take full ownership of the direction: define priorities, build processes and directly influence marketing strategy.
– Work in an environment of rapid product growth, scaling analytical approaches and finding new points of efficiency.
– As needed: shape or expand the analytics function.

What is important to us:
– Experience in marketing analytics and working with multiple data sources.
– Deep understanding of attribution, funnels and of key marketing metrics.
– Confident work with SQL and BI tools.
– Ability to independently form hypotheses, priorities and bring solutions to implementation.
– Willingness to work at a fast pace and adapt analytical approaches to x2–x3 growth.

Will be a plus:
– Experience building attribution from scratch.
– Knowledge of mobile/web of product analytics.
– Understanding of AI/ML approaches in personalization.
– Experience in startups or fast-growing teams.
