We are here for you if you:

• have experience of 2 years or more in project management in a creative or digital agency, production, post-production, advertising agency or TV business;
• understand what brand, tone of voice (TOV), communication strategy and communication channels are.
• You know the main advertising tools of TV, OOH (Out of Home), digital;
• have experience in implementing 360° projects;
• speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• have strong presentation and communication skills;
• adhere to a proactive life position;
• you are able to build strong partnerships with internal customers and external partners, as well as stable team interactions;
• have project management skills;
• can work effectively in multitasking mode;
• competently and clearly express your thoughts both orally and in writing.

Together with the team, you will do:

• project management: organizing the work of the team (copywriter, designer, director, media planner, target specialist, etc.) to ensure the timely completion of project tasks;
• analysis of the company's tasks and the proposal of the most appropriate marketing solutions and tools;
• development of media plans and creative briefs;
• analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and monitoring of competitors' activity;
• monitoring the implementation of KPIs for projects;
• communication with partners: determining the needs of partners and combining them with company tasks, transforming them into tasks for the team;
• building and maintaining effective partnerships both with the team internally and with external partners;
• preparation of tender, grant and partnership proposals (creation and presentation of proposals);
• prompt response to client requests and questions;
• initiating the introduction of new procedures to improve and increase the quality of advertising and marketing campaigns.
