We organize meetings of children and speakers. Speakers are people who are ready to talk with children, share their experience, on a voluntary basis. These are entrepreneurs and specialists from various fields. A group of 10 speakers comes to the children at the same time. Speakers are a couple words about themselves.And then networking, everyone diverges At the end, the speakers note what they can do to help the children - a mentor, an internship, a sponsor, etc. The main idea is that the children find practice, mentors and sponsors to a specific speaker.The School of Heroes is about supporting kids, helping kids become cool professionals, becoming heroes in their business. We also make a mobile application and a separate site where speakers and children communicate with each other. Speakers can publish their offers for teenagers, such as internships, excursions, consultations, etc. Children receive points for their activity, which can exchange for valuables things like internal currency This mobile app is a social network for teenagers and speakers.

Responsibilities:

You can choose one or more tasks for yourself, of your choice. You choose either remote work or more communicative, live. The main principle of the work is to reach the level when you teach children to do your work and develop, and you observe success with a good mood and get paid as a curator for teenagers in your field

Operating conditions:

• the main disadvantage is that there is no stable salary at the beginning
• donations come to us, we divide them among everyone
• in the future, the donations are regular, and the income is stable
• but now there is no clear rate, so everyone gives a little time
• sp can be 20-40-60 thousand, and it can be 2-4 thousand, there is a financial risk
• so the schedule is free, when you can devote time
• for example, a couple of hours a day, from time to time, when the mood is good
