Project manager (translations, notarizations) in Pletin A., FOP

In a full-cycle international linguistic company, we are looking for a Project Manager to work with notarial certificates and other projects in the direction of translations.

We are waiting for you if you:

• Possess in English B1;
• You have experience working with clients, a notary assistant or administrative experience of 1 year or more;
• Customer-oriented, responsible, result-oriented, you prefer teamwork.

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Transfer of orders for notarization to notaries and control of their execution. 
• Printing and filling of documents for the office seal. 
• Working with legalization or other types of notarial certificates.
• Entering costs in 1С/QTRM. 
• Maintaining orders in the local accounting system;
• Receiving orders from the Customer Service Manager.

1. Selection of relevant contractors (vendors) for the fulfillment of orders.
2. Distribution and assignment of tasks to vendors and other performers.
3. Organization and control of the work of the project team (translators, editors, typesetters, QA).
4. Administration and control of the order fulfillment process.
5. Operative initial inspection of completed orders before their delivery.
