Requirements:

• Education: higher construction (PGS).
• Experience in implementing projects from 0 to commissioning (not less than 5 large projects)
• Experience in managing the production of large construction projects (from outside customer or contractor). 
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of construction, basic design principles, construction technologies, principles of organizing a construction site.
• Leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the organization of processes for the implementation of construction projects at all stages
• Participation in the development of construction concepts
• Development and support of construction budgets. Preparation of financing plans, reports and project documentation
• Planning, organizing, direct management, analysis and evaluation of construction projects from start to finish in accordance with schedules, budgets
• Negotiation with local services , organizations, obtaining initial data, approvals, permitting documentation
• Conducting tenders, selecting contractors, coordinating projects between the Customer’s services and contractors
• Putting objects into operation, eliminating comments during subsequent operation, re-equipment, reconstruction
• Optimization of all stages of work, deadlines, design solutions, planned indicators
