Main responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of projects in to the technical department to ensure continuous operation and completion of tasks.
• Organization of time management, coordination of meetings and planning of work tasks.
• Management and control of tasks through "Trello" and products "Microsoft 365".
• Preparation of summary reports based on the results of meetings and projects.
• Interaction with technical specialists to comply with deadlines and quality standards of project implementation.
• Supporting effective communication with colleagues and partners.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position or in the field of technical support and project management (from 1 year).
• Trello and Microsoft 365 skills are a must.
• High level of organizational skills, including time management and meeting management.
• Interest and desire to develop in the field of solar energy.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and knowledge of basic IT tools.
• Excellent communication skills and result orientation.
