Project Manager "Superbranch Branch" in PrivatBank

We are looking for style="font-weight: 700">Superbranch Branch Project Manager who seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We seek to find a purposeful professional, able to multitask, with excellent communication skills, focused on quality and results.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of uniform work standards for Superbranch Heads. You are the guarantor that each division works as a part of a single whole
• Setting ambitious KPIs for the heads of Superbranch departments, monitoring their implementation and establishing horizontal connections
• Deep analysis of current processes, finding "bottlenecks" and implementing tools to improve operational efficiency
• Mentoring managers, evaluating their management competencies and forming a strong human resources reserve
• Adaptation of new products, services and regulations. You ensure "soft" implementation of innovations without loss of quality on the ground
• Preparation of consolidated reports, identification of potential risks and development of plans to improve network performance

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar position in the banking sector or large companies with an extensive network (retail, FMCG, etc.)
• Knowledge of motivation systems and personnel evaluation methods
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Understanding current L&D (Learning & Development) trends: you know, how to build educational content and programs that really work
• Ability to influence and implement changes without direct administrative pressure
• Ability to constructively resolve conflicts between strong leaders and inspire the team
• You see the "big picture" and understand the interrelationship of all processes in the network
• Willingness to change priorities quickly and keep calm in the circumstances uncertainties
• Readiness for business trips
