Location: Kyiv
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00
Salary: UAH 100,000 – 120,000

Company working with international customers, invites a chat support operator with knowledge of the Turkish language. The position is suitable for attentive and responsible candidates who know how to communicate competently and quickly find solutions for customers.

Main duties:

• communication with customers in online chat in Turkish;

• consultation on company services;

• transferring complex requests to relevant specialists;

• conducting short application records.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the Turkish language at an above-average level (from B2);

• competent written language and attention to detail;

• responsibility and willingness to work in a team.
