We are constantly improving new products and creating new , so we are currently looking for a Project manager who will lead this process in the Study department and will be with us cheer for the results.  

What will be included in your duties ? 

• Coordination of educational projects: planning, launching and control of content and quality of educational programs of courses.
• Organization team work: interaction with curators, teachers, methodologists and other participants in the educational process.
• Quality control: ensuring a high level of educational content, student feedback and timely input improvements.
• Analysis of project results: tracking project performance indicators and student satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
• Management documentation and reporting: drawing up plans, timelines, project budgets and final reports.
• ImplementationsI innovate: offering new solutions for optimizing educational processes and integrating modern EdTech tools.

Who are we looking for?

• Experienced project manager with practical knowledge of management methodologies
• A person with analytical thinking and the ability to work with data.
• A communicator who easily finds a common language with different people and effectively organizes team processes.
• Candidate with experience in EdTech, IT or education (will be an advantage).
• A person who has excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language and a confident level of English (Intermediate+) - a must have.
