• to analyze the work of the call center, propose and implement changes to improve work efficiency, conversion and customer-oriented department;
• organize and coordinate the work of call center operators;
• describe instructions and methodical materials for work call center operators;
  
• take part in the selection staff adaptations;
• conduct employee training; 
  
• develop a new employee motivation system.
