Head of the startup project (Startup) weekend school for boys (with the possibility of further management of the institution) /p> Our client is an investment group that chooses to contribute to the formation of strong, responsible and conscious men, able to overcome the challenges of the modern world, especially in the conditions of war. This initiative is based on the understanding that investing in children's development is a contribution to the future of the country and society.
The goal of the project is to create a unique educational and educational space that compensates for the lack of male presence in the educational system of Ukraine, and acquires a special relevance in the conditions of war. The project is based on a modular system of classes aimed at the personal, emotional and social development of boys through interaction in a male environment.
The main tasks of the project manager (on etapand launch –Startup):
- Development of a business plan according to the ready concept of the project;
- Creation of the training program in cooperation with methodologists (at the first stage – cooperation in the project mode), organization of infrastructure construction (offline zones, online platform);
- Team formation (hiring methodologists, teachers, administrators, marketing specialists, etc.);
- Cooperation with contractors on the adaptation of special software (CRM/LMS) to business needs and its scaling (development of a recording system, monitoring of student progress, etc.);
- Organization of marketing events (promotion of the project, creation of a website and SMM strategy, organization of an advertising campaign to attract students) - through interaction with contractors); financing;
- Ensuring the full launch of the project by September 2025;
Requirements for the experience of the candidate:
- Experience in launching educational or social projects (required);
- Skills in creating business plans and financial management;
- Understanding the principles of marketing and PR;
- Leadership qualities, the ability to work with diverse teams;
- Preferably: experience in the field of psychology or pedagogy.
The main tasks of the Head of the school weekend:
- Management of an already launched project (from September 2025);
- Team management - monitoring the work of teachers, administrative staff, interaction with parents;
- Quality control - ensuring a high level of education and upbringing;
- Development - development of new modules, project scaling to new regions or online formats;
- li>Financial management - budget control, search for additional funding if necessary;
- Marketing and PR - attracting new students, popularizing the school through public initiatives.
Requirements to experience candidate:
- Experience in managing educational or socialinstitutions (2+ years);
- Strategic planning and operational management skills;
- High level of communication, ability to work with children and parents;
- Understanding modern educational methodology;
- Desirable: education in the field of pedagogy, psychology or management;
