GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization focusing its activities on quality improvement the life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and host regions.

GOGreenlandia in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine(DRC) invites an Accreditation Manager to successfully complete the tasks of the project "Supporting the recovery of Ukraine through mine action", which is aimed at the safe recovery of conflict-affected territories by informing the population and teaching them the right behavior to reduce risks from IEDs.

Basic tasks:

  • Preparation and support of the process of obtaining certifications for mine action;
  • Collection, preparation and submission necessary documents for obtaining certifications and accreditations in accordance with the requirements of national and international standards;
  • Interaction with accreditation bodies, state and international structures, that carry out the certification of mine action activities;
  • Evaluation of compliance of the organization's activities with the requirements of certification standards and preparation for inspections by accreditation bodies;
  • Ensuring compliance with the deadlines for submission of documents and completion of all stages of certification;
  • Preparation of reports and documentation on the process certification, ensuring the display of current information on the status of certifications;
  • Maintenance of internal registers and databases related to the certification process;
  • Development and improvement of certification procedures within the organization, as well as recommendations for improving processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience in certification or accreditation, preferably in mine action or security;
  • Deep understanding of the process of obtaining certifications, requirements for certification standards in the field of mine action;
  • Experience in preparing documents forhaving certifications;
  • Knowledge of international standards and norms governing mine action activities and certification;
  • Ability to work with regulatory bodies, preparation and submission of documents in accordance with the requirements of certification procedures;
  • High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of information;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, as well as effectively interact with accredited bodies.
