Project manager (solar energy) in Lithium

Solar company energy and industrial energy storage systems is looking for a project manager.

ision of the company - to provide Ukrainian business and society with high-quality, accessible and inexpensive distributed electricity generation based on solar energy technologies using other energy sources and energy storage systems. We have been working in this field since 2010.

Functional duties:

• Project planning (project budget and project schedule development).
• Project progress control.
• Search for contractors for project work.
• Search for contractors for electrical installation work.
• Conducting tenders and concluding contracts with contractors.
• Organization of installation work by own electrical installation teams (search for personnel, organization of work, control).
• Accepting work from contractors.
• Travel around Ukraine to objects for collecting initial data, monitoring the progress of work and accepting the results of work.
• Reporting to the management of our company and representatives of the customer regarding the progress of the project.
• Organization of the process withgiving the object to the customer.

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical, construction, management).
• Availability of a car
• Have ability to go on business trips throughout Ukraine
• Desirable:

- Work experience in solar energy

- Work experience in construction

- Work experience in engineering network companies (electricity, lighting, security alarm, video surveillance, etc.)

- Knowledge of project management standards or the availability of relevant training certificates

- Knowledge or experience of working under FIDIC contracts

Working conditions:

An average of 2 business trips per month for 1-2 working days is expected. 

- payment for accommodation (if necessary)

We pay for accommodation during a business trip. 

Terms of payment:

rate 25-30 thousand UAH + bonus up to 5% of the company's earnings on the project or

rate 35 - UAH 40,000 but without a bonus (or a bonus is possible upon reaching a certain level of project turnover).
