Your main tasks will be:

• Constant monitoring market development trends, novelties, as well as consumer preferences to determine relevant products.
• Selection and introduction of new product positions in the relevant category, their updating and removal from the range of products from low turnover.
• Ensuring the availability of the most demanded goods and eliminating redundant, unprofitable items and goods with low turnover.
• Analysis of potential suppliers, assessment of their reliability, price offers and terms of cooperation.
• Formation of pricing policy based on analysis of costs, demand, competition.
• Regular analysis and adjustment of prices, ensuring the competitiveness of goods.
• Control over the level of product balances, ensuring the uninterrupted availability of goods in the warehouse, preventing excess or insufficient stocks.

Required professional experience:

• Complete higher education.
• Proficiency in PC at the level of a confident user - MS Office, Microsoft Excel (consolidated tables).
• Experience in the field of category management or procurement in food categories.
• Excellent negotiation skills and building long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
