Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating and managing the project from start to finish.

  • Management of the budget.
  • Control of the execution of the plan within the established deadlines.
  • Interaction with other departments of the company to ensure the implementation of projects.
  • Analysis of work efficiency and preparation of reports.
  • Management of the team responsible for the implementation of tasks.
  • Interaction with external contractors and agencies.

  Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position (preferably in real estate).
  • Experience in building and regulating business processes is welcome
  • Experience in managing projects of varying complexity.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.< /li>
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions.
  • High level of responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be an advantage).< /li>
  • Understanding the real estate market in Ukraine (optional).
  • The job involves full-time work from the office in the city of Lutsk.
