Our teams are growing, so we are currently looking for a cool Project Manager who can establish cooperation between teams and build the whole system from 0.

What by tasks?

• Establishing effective interaction between teams of developers, SEO specialists, copywriters and external contractors
• Ensuring transparent and coordinated communication between all departments and specialists < /li>
• Cooperation with stakeholders and transformation of business goals into tasks
• Full cycle of work on projects: development of requirements, task planning, budgeting and risk management
• Monitoring of deadlines and achievements set goals
• Formation of long-term plans and backlogs
• Construction of processes and optimization of work with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, Miro, etc
• Implementation and maintenance of systematized documentation
• Identification of blockers and risks, development of strategies to overcome them.
• Reporting on project progress, key metrics and team results.
• Independent (and together with TL) development of requirements, specifications and technical documentation, preparation of reports

Requirements for hard skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Project management
• Deep understanding and practical use of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
• Ability to build processes, organize and control team work

• Deep understanding of SEO, link building, web development and content management processes
• Ability to build effective communication
• Knowledge and practical experience in using basic Task Tracking systems and PM tools

Soft skills:

• Communication skills that will allow explaining technical processes to non-technical specialists :)
• Empathy for development trusting working relationships
• Proactivity and focus on solving problems
• Analytical approach
• Flexibility and adaptability

✍️ Will be a plus < /p>

• Work experience in the iGaming niche;
• Interaction with SEO team projects
• Certification in Project Management
