WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Deep knowledge of Python 3+, 5+ years of Python programming experience.
• Experience in the position of Technology Lead - will be a plus .
• Experience in mentoring.
• Knowledge of at least one of the listed frameworks : Django, FastAPI, Flask, Aio
• Basic knowledge of such tools : Unix operating system/Windows WSL, basic Bash commands (cd, cp, mv, ls, ps, ssh, find, grep at least); knowledge of Git; Merge strategies; optional: Pip, Pipenv, Poetry; Conda;.
• Experience with at least three of the listed technologies : Python unit tests/Pytest, Celery, Channels, SQLAlchemy, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Tensorflow, Numpy, pandas , Apache Spark, Docker.
• Experience with at least three of the listed databases/brokers : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS.
• Knowledge of at least one of the listed services /b> : AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean.
• Basic knowledge of and architectures and : MVC, REST, SOLID, DRY, KISS.

Knowledge of languages:

• Knowledge of English: Upper-Intermediate and above.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the team using the company system and support while having a lot of freedom of action.
• Increase the team's internal budget by increasing the number of active full-time players.
• To increase the number of active full-time employees, due to the expansion of current and the establishment of new projects, using the company's presales.
• Take personal participation in the establishment of new projects and the expansion of current ones.
• Adapt the knowledge of the team to the market and deepen the level of knowledge with great freedom of action and tools provided by the company.
• Keep the team motivated: hold 1-on-1 meetings and financial meetings with the team.
• Monitor compliance with the team's budget.
• Expand the team using the tools provided by the company.
• Maintain and improve the quality of work on projects, conduct team code reviews.
• Participate in the design (development of architecture) of the team's projects; conduct technical research; fill out reports, participate in the process of consulting on technical solutions in front of potential customers.
