WHAT WILL YOUR WORKING DAY CONSIST OF? — You will:

• Plan projects: make plans and follow them so that everything goes as it should and on time.

• Communicate with customers and partners: keep in touch, explain what is happening and help them be in progress rates.

• Perform retrospectives: organize meetings to discuss with the team how we can improve our work.

• Coordinate team: help organize work processes so that everyone works harmoniously and efficiently.

• Monitor deadlines:follow the deadlines of the tasks so that everything is done on time.

• Keep documentation: keep a record of all the important details of the project so that it is always clear who does what.

YOU WILL DO WELL IF:

• You have at least 6 months of experience as a Project Manager.

• Fluently communicate in English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.

• You have excellent communication skills.

• You confidently use Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• You are distinguished by responsibility, self-organization and attention to details.

• You have a strong desire to develop and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
