 As part of our Corporate & Government Affairs (CGA) team, you will talk about the history of our company and the role we play in the industry. Together, we will work on strengthening the corporate brand and protect the reputation of Mondelís Ukraine. Make this important! and maintain effective relationships with state and local government authorities, business associations, public organizations and other stakeholders;
 •Monitor and analyze changes in legislation and other regulatory acts that may have an impact on the company's work , as well as to inform the responsible employees of the company about them;
 •Engage in the preparation of materials, letters, appeals to authorities, business associations, as well as ensure their proper support;
 •Organize meetings with representatives of authorities, business -associations and other interested parties on issues related to the company's work;
•Prepare presentations, analytical materials, as well as internal reports for the company's management;
•Interact with representatives of other company departments to protect the reputation and business of the company in Ukraine.

We expect from you:
 
 •Relevant work experience, at least 3 years in a similar position in the field of communications relations with authorities;
• Deep understanding of the structure and functioning of authorities, as well as knowledge of legislative processes, regulatory requirements and the political environment;
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and professional networking skills ;
 •Strong organizational and analytical abilities, the ability to navigate complex government processes and manage several projects at the same time;
 •Unconditional compliance with ethical norms, transparency and responsibility in work;
 •Ukrainian - native/fluent , English - advanced/fluent (oral and written).
