Project manager/recruiter in ALYaNS-PERSONAL

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Project Manager / Recruiter for remote work. If you are active, responsible, attentive to details and able to overcome multitasking, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting (80% of tasks):

• Search for candidates for open positions.
• Conducting and recording interviews.
• Implementation of new trainings with the manager ( HR Academy and Oleksandr Vysotsky).

2. Coordination and project management:

• Coordination of recruitment projects.
• Planning and monitoring of the implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Active use of II and other tools for process optimization.

3. Business tasks (20% of tasks):

• Formation of a team of our own team of recruiters.
• Participation in the implementation of strategic tasks of the enterprise.
• Analysis and improvement of business -processes.

Key requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Negotiation skills with middle and higher managers links.
• Experience in recruiting and/or project management.
• Personal qualities: activity, cheerfulness, responsibility, scrupulousness, ability to work effectively under conditions of multitasking.
• Interest in modern HR practices and willingness to work with AI and other digital tools.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: with 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Salary: according to the results of the interview + from the closing of projects.
• Format: remote work.
