Project description and scope of work

Project management, production creation video surveillance systems from the planning stage to the successful launch of industrial operation. 

The project includes:

• Planning and setting up production.
• Development and registration of a mobile application.
• Certification of products for the Ukrainian and EU markets.
• Creation of a new brand, development of positioning.
• Transfer of production to the operational team.

Duration of the project – 6 months.

Key responsibilities

Planning stage:

• Development of a detailed project plan.
• Formation of the project budget.
• Determination of necessary resources and equipment.
• Creation of a calendar implementation plan.

• Development of specifications and requirements for production processes.

Production preparation:

• Coordination of purchase and installation of equipment.< /li>
• Coordination of setting up the production line.
• Organization, development and implementation of the quality control system.
• Organization of the process of adaptation of production documentation.
• Control of selection and organization of production staff training.

Software customization:

• Coordination of creating a technical task for application customization.
< li>Managing the process of customizing the mobile application.
• Ensuring the registration process in the App Store and Play Market.
• Organizing software integration testing with hardware.

Certification

• Organization of the certification process for Ukraine and the EU.
• Preparation of the necessary documentation.
• Coordination of audits and inspections.< /li>
• Obtaining necessary permits and certificates.

Brand launch

• Coordination of branding and positioning development.
