We are currently searchingproject manager, ready to join our team and make a significant contribution to the development of our company!

It is important for us:

• Experience in the hotel and restaurant sector: important experience in the hotel business and understanding of the internal structure of the hotel;

• Understanding the concept: understanding what the concept is, how to create and implement it;

• Ability to manage projects: work experience as a project manager with the ability to coordinate various stages of the project, monitor deadlines and task performance;

• Negotiation skills and online and offline presentation skills;

• Experience of working with the project budget, equipment and cost of sales calculations (the ability to understand and orientate in numbers, rather than form a financial model);

• Ability to structure informationand make presentations;

• Skills in working with Google sheets and CRM systems.

Your future priorities:

• Management and support of hotel complexes;

• Know the standards of the hotel specifics;

• Moderate and conduct zoom-meetings on projects, fix questions on architecture, design, construction;

• Orient and answer questions about projects, based on company standards and communications with department employees and contractors;

• Form the project structure and tasks according to the project type;

• Form TOR for the project based on the standards, concept and specifics of the new project;

• To agree on architectural, engineering and design solutions of the project;

• Go to the object during construction;

• Participate at the stage of putting the facility into operation, drawing up defect reports, discussing deadlines and ways to eliminate them;

• Participate in holding tenders to identify contractors for the production of individual products (furniture, decor, lighting, etc.);

• Bparticipate in the development of new project concepts;

• Concept protection before the customer: online and offline presentations.
