We are looking for a project manager.

This position is ideal for someone who:

Your main tasks will be:

• Project management: from planning to delivery of the finished product.
• Participation in the development of new products and coordination of the work of the development team.
• Control of deadlines, budget and quality of project execution.
• Optimization of production processes and search for solutions to increase efficiency.
• Communication with related teams: present projects and provide feedback.

Experience we are looking for:

• Experience as a project manager (preferably in the field of production) - from 2 years.
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Inventor programs.
• Knowledge to create 3D models for molds will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes (casting, 3D printing, milling, stamping) etc.).
• Experience in independent project management (from launch to implementation).
• Ability to work with Google Space products (Sheets, Docs, Meet), Excel, Zoom.
• Experience with project management systems.

Skills of the ideal candidate:

• can read blueprints;
• understands the basics of strategic planning;
• works clearly in multitasking mode;
• can organize the work process;
• knows the basics of production and technological processes;
• fluent in Ukrainian;
• speaks English as an advantage.

Working conditions:

• salary: rate + bonus (dependingfrom qualification);
• schedule: Monday-Fridayfrom 09:00 to 18:00, full time;
• place of work: possibility to work in an office or a hybrid format;
• business trips: participation in professional exhibitions and seminars
