We are looking for a person who solves any issue, adjusts processes and knows how to tell stories so that everyone listens with admiration. In our team, such a person is called a Project Manager.

If you can do this, we are definitely a "match":

• Commercial experience in the position of Project Manager / Product Manager / Scrum Master from2 years.
• English is not lower than B2. The team is Ukrainian-speaking, clients are from all over the world.
• Strong communication skills: you easily find a common language with both clients and the team. You know what it is to be "in the middle" and know how to arbitrate.
• You present in such a way that you want to buy regardless of the result.
• You quickly adapt, keep stress, do not get lost in multitasking. Most of the projects are short-term - you will have 5+ projects at the same time.
• System person: everything is on the shelves, you do not lose control even in chaos.
• You think like a strategist - you consider risks, options for the development of events and always have a plan B.
• Worked with ClickUp, Jira or similar task trackers.
• You understand project management methodologies. You practice Scrum/Kanban.

Will be your "card in hand" if you understand what we are about:

• Have experience in a design agency or with the development of custom sites. Or experience in outsource companies.
• You know how branding is created, the stages of identity development.
• Worked with CMS: WordPress, Shopify, WebFlow. You can enter the admin, change the content or settings, explain to the client how everything works.
• You understand marketing, SEO, you can configure GTM, GA, Facebook Pixel, GSC, etc.
• You have a basic understanding and can configure: Domain NS/DNS, CloudFlare, Google Workspace/Outlook, DMARC/DKIM.
• You freely use AI tools at work.

P.S.: Our team is stable and skilled - we do not have a crazy turnover of personnel, on average, each employee has been working in the team for more than 2 years.

What will we pay for:

• Working in a team 30+ people: designers, devs, testers.
• Communication with clients (email, Slack, other channels).
• Gathering requirements — without a separate BA or Product Manager.
• Project management in ClickUp, resource planning.
• Preparation of documentation.
• Conducting meetings: Daily, Grooming, Retrospective.
• Presentation of design concepts, logos, holding a demo.
• Delivery: release, admin workshops, preparation of instructions, setting up marketing tools
