Project Manager Purchasing in Avant marketing, TOV

The company needs a project manager, a manager in the direction of procurement and production on a permanent basis.  The main line of work is the manufacture and sale of tableware, stationery, gifts and household goods.

Requirements:

higher education, work experience in the field of procurement from 3 years, experience will be an advantage work in multi-profile trading companies. Fluency in PC MS office, CRM systems, 1C. Experience working with tables and other structured data is a must. Proficiency in English is welcome. Experience in negotiations, establishing business contacts, and the ability to communicate, the ability to make prompt decisions.

The ability to analyze (supplier market, pricing policy on the market), ability to plan, calculate budgets, build optimal logistics processes. We value honesty, punctuality, attention to detail, organizational skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with existing productions with which cooperation is conducted and placing orders for the production of products;
• Monitoring of new productions, their capabilities and price policy as needed;
• Production support (at all stages), control and approval of layouts and proofs;

• Control over the execution of orders, including product quality and compliance with deadlines;
• Communication with all departments of the company at all stages of work on order organization and production;
• Control of mutual settlements, ensuring timely provision and receipt of settlement documents;
• Search for potential manufacturing enterprises in Ukraine and China that can produce our products
• Conducting a price audit and comparing the cost of products of different manufacturers. Presentation of the best price offer and its justification based on the conducted analysis.
