REQUIREMENTS

We are searching for someone who:

Has 1+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, KanBan) and experience leading the development of tech products while ensuring that business requirements and long-term product goals are met;

Is fluent in SDLC and CI/CD and understands technician nuances of developing software products;

Relevant University Degree in Computer Science or a related field;

Can speak and write in English at anStrong Upper-intermediate or higher level and efficiently communicate ideas and design and document artifacts concisely;

Has knowledge of writing business, functional and non-functional requirements, and experience with business analysis techniques and tools would be a plus;

Values high-quality team communication and enjoys setting up team processes;

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager, you will:

Understand and analyze customer requirements, identify necessary resources and propose solutions accordingly;

Develop project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures;

Oversee the development of commercial proposals that meet the specific needs of the client;

Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing project insights and technical expertise (including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates);

Identify product risks, manage solution scope and communicate requirements;

Think strategically about the project development as well as team practices.
