The team of the department of international educational projects of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine needs reinforcement! In connection with the expansion of activities and the launch of new international educational projects, we are looking for a specialist who will implement them as a project manager.

What needs to be done:

current management of international educational projects and participation in organizational processes (correspondence and communication with foreign partners, planning work, coordination of activities and organization of activities aimed at achieving the goals of projects);

documentary support of projects (preparation of projects of internal documents, their coordination);

preparation of reports on implementation of projects;

performance of other tasks related to the implementation of international educational projects .

• conducting international educational projects and participating in organizational processes (correspondence and communication with foreign partners, work planning,coordination activities and organization of activities aimed at achieving the goals of the projects);

• preparation of reports on project implementation;
• fulfilling other tasks related to the implementation of international educational projects.

What does our ideal candidate look like:

• experience in project and program management;
• ability to work with documents and organize document flow;
• developed organizational and communication skills;
• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2, which allows you to successfully implement international projects (in particular, the ability to write letters in English). Proficiency in other foreign languages ​​will also be an additional advantage.
