Responsibilities:

  • providing online and face-to-face psychological consultations to ensure quality support for families whose children were returned from deportation and TOT;
  • diagnosis of the psycho-emotional state of children and parents/legal representatives according to approved methods and provision of psychological first aid;
  • carrying out measures aimed at stabilizing and improving the emotional state of children and parents/legal representatives;
  • conducting developmental and corrective individual and group classes;
  • participation in the creation and organization of offline mutual support groups for project beneficiaries;
  • keeping reports, psychological documentation.

 Requirements for the candidate:

  • higher education in the specialty "Psychology";
  • work experience of 3 years or more with various requests (anxiety, aggression, psychoemotional and behavioral disorders, injuries);
  • regular improvement of professional skills and qualifications;
  • empathy, flexibility in thinking and decision-making; 
  • awareness in the field of protection of children's rights and social work;
  • understanding of the characteristics of families of SHOs and IDPs will be an advantage;
  • experience in the sector of non-governmental organizations will be an advantage;< /li>
  • ability to work in a team, the ability to establish contact with other colleagues and coordinate joint tasks;
  • reliability and confidentiality;
  • readiness for business trips;
  • li>ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents;
  • fluency in the Ukrainian language.
