Project manager of the marketing department in CREO SINERGHY

We are the No. 1 manufacturer of the “big tablets" or, in our opinion, interactive equipment for education and business. Our products are available in all schools of Ukraine. Our clients include SOCAR, DTEK, MODEREXPO and many hotels and restaurants in the HoReCa field. These are panels, tables, kiosks, cash registers.

Our second direction is NEOR e-commerce, we sell useful home appliances that we sell in all national networks of Ukraine (Rosetka, Epicenter, Allo, Komfi, Foxtrot and others).

To quickly achieve our goals, we are looking for an ambitious and purposeful Marketing Department Project Manager who will play one of the key roles in the development of our company.

Your main tasks:

• Project management: writing technical specifications, monitoring the execution of tasks.
• Email marketing : development of a plan email distribution, writing texts, analysis of results.
• Site administration: updating prices, adding new articles, creating/editing product cards.
• Reporting and analysis of work efficiency.
• Organization of work within the department, interaction with others departments.

Desired experience:

• Experience as a project manager / team leader in marketing for at least 1 year.
• Understanding of digital marketing and preferably strategic marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing tools and technologies.
• Experience in team management, selection and work with contractors is desirable.
• Analytical abilities, creativity, leadership qualities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, in multitasking conditions.
• Skills in working with analytics tools and SRM.
• Result orientation.

• The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (the time can be changed by by agreement)
• Format of work: in the office or remotely.
• Salary, which consists of a rate of UAH 10,000-20,000/month (depending on your experience) and bonuses of UAH 5,000-20,000 for additional results.

The rate will depend on your experience and skills, and this is the guaranteed amount you will receive in cash per month.

Bonuses will depend entirely on your performance.
